1. Returns Eligibility
- To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.
- Returns must be requested within 7 days of receiving your order.
2. Items Not Eligible for Return
- Custom or personalized items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.
- Sale items or gift cards are not eligible for returns.
3. Wrong Size Orders
Please carefully check our sizing guide before making a purchase. If you order the wrong size, it is your responsibility, and we cannot accept returns or exchanges for sizing errors. Poulak is not liable for size misjudgments.
4. Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving it. We may ask you to provide photos of the damage or defect. After verifying, we will either replace the item or issue a refund.
5. Refunds Process
- Once we receive your returned item and verify its condition, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 30 business days.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.
